Team spirit

01/2024

Together you achieve more: This applies to sports, urban development, and research.

This issue of the magazine “workflow – Modern Working Environments in Seestadt” is dedicated to the theme of “Team spirit”.

Team spirit is an invisible thread that connects individuals into a strong, harmonious whole—a concept that brings people together and enables them to achieve goals collectively. In Vienna, we experience every day how collaboration and community engagement make aspern Seestadt a vibrant, future-oriented place. In this issue of the business magazine workflow, Irene Fuhrmann, head coach of the Austrian women’s national football team, shares insights into women’s football and explains how important team spirit is in her squad. Open communication and keeping each other informed are also essential for a sustainable energy district solution. In an interview, Robert Grüneis and Klaus Wenger-Oehn explain how this works. During a walk through Seestadt with Eva Kriechbaum, managing director of the exhibition “Dialogue in the Dark”, we learn how collaboration and mutual understanding break down barriers and open up new perspectives. And of course, you’ll also find tips on new restaurants, leisure activities, and theater performances. Team spirit is diverse!

“Everyone involved recognizes what makes the new district special. Only when all stakeholders are willing to pursue a common goal does the space arise to make real changes.”

Robert Grüneis, Vorstand der Wien 3420
