The Seecarré

The 'Green String' shapes the character of the Seecarré: Largely car-free, traffic-calmed, and green, the new quarter on the western Sonnenallee in the north of Seestadt is taking shape.

We have set ourselves ambitious goals for the Seecarré quarter: In addition to the comprehensive implementation of the Seestadt building standard aspern klimafit, we aim to set new benchmarks in climate-friendly energy supply with our own anergy network. The Green String will also be characteristic – an attractive, traffic-calmed open space with particularly high quality of stay. In addition, tram line 25 will soon serve the quarter.
