This is aspern Seestadt
Aspern Seestadt is one of the largest urban development projects in Europe. Covering around 240 hectares, a forward-looking district is being created in Vienna’s 22nd district, combining living, working and leisure. The plan includes around 25,000 residents and up to 20,000+ jobs and college places. With a central lake, generous green spaces, modern infrastructure and a strong focus on sustainability and mobility, Seestadt sets new standards for urban development.
