How does a center with radiance emerge? This issue of the magazine "workflow – Modern Working Environments in Seestadt" is dedicated to the topic of "radiance."

There are people, places, and environments that have an amazing effect on us. A presence we cannot escape. We feel comfortable with them. That is radiance. In the case of a city, it means creating places that attract us and where we want to be. Creating offerings that make our lives more interesting and our everyday routines more pleasant. In the urban fabric, we often mark such places with high-rises – they visibly mark the center: This is where life happens. But for that, they must be properly planned – how? Developing a city with radiance also means developing a livable city. Above all, healthcare and cultural offerings play a major role in this.
