WSE and Wien 3420 at EXPO REAL Munich

Three major Vienna projects at the international real estate fair in Munich: With the Fernbus Terminal Wien and Otto Wagner Areal projects, WSE Wiener Standortentwicklung, a Wien Holding company, presents itself. Wien 3420 showcases its waterfront at asperner See and reports on the next stages in the north. Together, the developers invite you to the talk “Vienna Makes Progress”.
Vienna remains one of the most dynamically growing cities in Central Europe – making it highly attractive for national and international investors. The development companies WSE Wiener Standortentwicklung GmbH and Wien 3420 aspern Development AG stand for exceptional, high-quality large-scale projects and make important contributions to urban development for the benefit of Vienna’s population and economy.
From 6 to 8 October 2025, both companies will be present at the joint stand “Europa Mitte – Europe’s Heart” (Stand Hall A1.110) at the international real estate fair EXPO REAL.
While WSE will present its Fernbus Terminal Wien and Otto Wagner Areal projects in Munich, Wien 3420 will report on its spectacular waterfront at asperner See, where construction work will soon begin, and provide insights into the upcoming development stages in the northern part of Seestadt. This year’s Expo Real will also mark a handover for Seestadt: For the first time, the new Wien 3420 board member Sabine Müller will attend together with her board colleague Robert Grüneis and outgoing CEO Gerhard Schuster.
Vienna Sets the Pace
Already on the opening day at 11:00 a.m., WSE and Wien 3420 invite you to an expert talk on the Exhibitor Stage in Hall A2. There, Wien Holding Managing Director Oliver Stribl, Wien 3420 Board Member Robert Grüneis, and Michaela Mischek-Lainer from Michaela Mischek Bauträger GmbH will discuss the potential, perspectives, and framework conditions of the Viennese approach to urban development, using the major projects aspern Seestadt and Otto Wagner Areal as examples.
